Head shots and why you have to have a great one

We live in such a visual and virtual world now that first impressions seem to count for so much more than they did before this social revolution.

Unfortunately not having the right head shot on your Linkedin, Facebook, twitter or Instagram account gives the wrong impression about you and, as a consequence, your abilities. It says: "This person doesn't really care, and if they don't care about how they look on the outside..." perhaps sad, as we all want to be judged by our abilities but true nevertheless.
